Frank is the kindest, toughest trainer that I have ever worked with. He knows what he wants you to do and perseveres until the movement is as perfect as it can be. His lessons are well thought out so every inch of the body is used to good effect.
He is always there waiting for every meeting. He works the body through a series of moves and exercises that put every muscle into play. I would recommend him for both his personality and his expertise. He is unequivocally the best trainer I have been lucky enough to find.
I trained with Frank for a year in his bootcamp program where we would do kettlebell training, running, ropes and much more… he got my body into the shape I had wanted to be in for a long time but was struggling doing it on my own.
One of his indispensable strengths besides his extremely effective training is his focus on stretching. There were many times where the day after bootcamp I felt too sore to workout again but he would work with me on proper stretching of my muscles and pain areas and gave me the strength to power through.

Frank is a dedicated, passionate and creative NASM certified master trainer. He specializes in medical exercise, strength & conditioning, sports rehabilitation and enhancing overall health by using a customized approach to meet his clients’ needs.
He brings over 15 years of experience and has been mentored by some of the field’s most reputable coaches, medical professionals and other exercise specialists. His background in physical therapy, sports rehab, medical exercise, and personal training have afforded him the necessary tools to create customized programs and motivate his clients to achieve success and reach their physical fitness goals.
